Job Description
As the Front Desk Executive at Skadoosh, you will be the face of our play arena – welcoming guests, managing daily check-ins, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for parents and children. You’ll lead the front desk team, oversee billing, and ensure adherence to service standards. Key Responsibilities: ● Greet and assist visitors, walk-ins, and birthday party guests ● Manage POS billing and ticketing operations accurately ● Maintain visitor records and handle daily cash closing ● Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution ● Supervise front desk team and ensure SOPs are followed ● Coordinate with operations team for party setups and zone availability ● Assist in promoting ongoing events, offers, or activities at the center
