Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and well-spoken Front Desk Receptionist to manage the day-to-day front office operations at Kineto Calisthenics Park. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales understanding, and the ability to handle members professionally while ensuring smooth operations at the park.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries professionally
- Manage walk-ins and assist members with information about programs and memberships
- Support sales activities and convert inquiries into memberships
- Follow up on membership renewals daily
- Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules with management/team
- Maintain the front desk and ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor the overall upkeep of the park and inform management about any maintenance or operational requirements
- Maintain member records and update data regularly
- Coordinate with coaches and staff for smooth communication and operations
