About the Role:

We are looking for a Front Office Associate for our upcoming 30-keys property in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background, excellent guest-handling skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a pleasant personality, professional communication, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Welcome guests and assist them with inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain guest records accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requirements
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front office area
• Handle calls, emails, and booking-related queries professionally
• Ensure a positive guest experience in line with company standards

Requirements:

• Freshers as well as experienced candidates from the hospitality industry are welcome to apply
• Educational background in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for guest service and hospitality operations
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel operations preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
