Front Office Executive

AURIX PILATES is hiring a polished and experienced Receptionist / Front Office Executive for our premium Pilates studio in Brookefield, Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional and premium experience to every member and visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members, trial clients and visitors professionally

• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries and lead follow-ups

• Explain trial sessions, memberships and studio services clearly

• Convert enquiries into trial bookings and memberships

• Manage appointments, attendance, bookings and payment follow-ups

• Coordinate smoothly with trainers and management

• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports

• Ensure the reception and common areas remain organised and presentable

• Handle client concerns politely and protect the premium image of AURIX

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate with good spoken and written English

• Minimum 2 years of front-office, customer-service or sales experience

• Well-groomed, confident and professional personality

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer, WhatsApp and billing knowledge

• Experience in premium fitness, wellness, hospitality, salon, spa, clinic or luxury retail will be preferred

• Candidates staying near Brookefield, Whitefield, Kundalahalli or Marathahalli will be preferred

Working Schedule:

• Up to 9 working hours per day

• Continuous shift may be up to 10 hours including the applicable break

• Split shift may total 9 working hours across morning and evening

• One weekly holiday
