Frontend Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CCO Operations Executive to support our Sales and Service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, coordinating sales and service activities, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist customers with product/service information and sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding service requests, quotations, and order status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Support sales activities by generating leads and scheduling customer appointments.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and service quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
