Job Description: Full Stack MERN DeveloperRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing modern web applications, building and integrating APIs, managing frontend and backend development, and supporting research-driven product and content initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with the ability to research technical solutions, understand user requirements, and contribute to content or product research where needed.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWeb DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build clean, reusable, and scalable frontend components.
• Ensure websites and web applications are mobile-friendly, fast, and user-friendly.
• Work with UI/UX designs and convert them into functional web pages.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO where applicable.
• Backend & API DevelopmentDevelop backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create, maintain, and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access where required.
• Handle API testing, debugging, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as per project requirements.
• Database ManagementDesign and manage MongoDB schemas and collections.
• Write efficient database queries.
• Maintain data security, backup practices, and database performance.
• Work with structured and unstructured data as needed.
• Research & Technical AnalysisResearch new technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools suitable for projects.
• Analyze project requirements and suggest practical technical solutions.
• Study competitor platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
• Prepare technical notes, implementation ideas, and research summaries when required.
• Content Research SupportConduct content research for websites, web pages, blogs, landing pages, dashboards, or product modules.
• Help organize researched information into usable formats for design, development, or publishing.
• Coordinate with content, design, and business teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure researched content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with project goals.
• Testing & MaintenanceDebug and fix frontend and backend issues.
• Perform testing of web applications, APIs, and database operations.
• Maintain existing applications and improve functionality.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Ability to work with JSON, API responses, and database structures.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and convert them into working features.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Experience with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly web development.
• Experience with CMS, admin panels, dashboards, or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of content writing, keyword research, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience in MERN stack development will also be considered.
• Freshers with strong project work and learning ability may apply.
• Experience0–3 years of experience in full stack web development.
