About the RoleMalibhai.in is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursery Gardener to manage plant care, nursery operations, and assist with garden setup projects for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant maintenance, soil preparation, and nursery management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and care for plants in the nursery including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management
• Prepare soil mixes using materials such as vermicompost, cocopeat, and garden soil
• Assist in plant propagation through seeds, cuttings, and transplanting
• Maintain nursery cleanliness and organize plant inventory
• Identify plant health issues and take corrective measures
• Support garden setup projects including balcony gardens, terrace gardens, and landscape installations
• Pack and prepare plants for delivery to customers
• Assist customers with basic plant care guidance when required
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants
• Understanding of soil preparation and organic fertilizers
• Knowledge of pest control and plant diseases
• Ability to handle gardening tools and equipment
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors
• Preferred Qualifications: 1–10 years of experience working in a nursery or garden maintenance
• Experience with vegetable gardening, ornamental plants, or landscaping
• Basic understanding of organic gardening practices

Salary₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
