Gardener Supervisor

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Gardener Supervisor to manage and oversee gardening operations across multiple client locations. The role involves handling teams, ensuring service quality, and maintaining landscapes as per client requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily gardening activities at assigned sites
• Manage and guide a team of gardeners
• Ensure proper plant care, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
• Maintain lawns, plants, trees, and landscape areas
• Monitor tools, equipment, and materials required for operations
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule
• Conduct quality checks and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with clients and handle basic complaints or requests
• Train new gardeners and improve team productivity
• Requirements2–5 years experience in gardening / landscaping supervision
• Basic knowledge of plants, fertilizers, pest control, and irrigation
• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple locations
• Good communication skills (Hindi / Kannada / English preferred)
