Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Gold Loan Executive to manage gold loan operations, customer handling, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating gold ornaments, processing loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to gold loans.
- Verify and evaluate gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
- Process gold loan applications and documentation.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of pledged gold and customer details.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of gold items.
- Follow KYC and company compliance procedures.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth operations.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales and finance experience is an added advantage.
