Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product design, branding, packaging, and marketing creatives. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and product teams to create visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and customer engagement.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Acrobat.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating digital and marketing creatives.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools for concept generation and creative ideation.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in product designing, packaging, labels, tags, and retail branding.
• Knowledge of print production, pre-press processes, and digital asset creation.
• Ability to create high-quality designs for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and offline marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
