About the Role

Bellissimo Graphix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands that impactful design goes beyond aesthetics. We are looking for someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences that strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and drive business results.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work across multiple creative formats, from social media campaigns and branding projects to packaging and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Digital Design

* Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, including posts, carousels, advertisements, and reel covers.

* Develop high-performing performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads, display campaigns, and digital promotions.

* Create visually compelling marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Branding & Identity Design

* Contribute to branding projects, including logo design, visual identity systems, and brand guideline development.

* Ensure brand consistency across all touch points and communication materials.

* Translate brand strategies into effective visual concepts and designs.

Print & Packaging Design

* Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

* Develop packaging designs that align with product positioning and brand identity.

* Prepare print-ready files while maintaining quality and design standards.

Collaboration & Project Management

* Work closely with content strategists, marketers, and account managers to execute creative campaigns.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and evolving creative formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, or Design Studio.

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.

* Excellent understanding of branding principles, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

* Experience working across diverse design formats and brand identities.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality creative work.

* Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

* A creative mindset combined with a strong understanding of marketing and business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in logo design, brand identity development, and packaging design.

* Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video content.

* Understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.

* Ability to conceptualize original and innovative creative solutions.

* Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats.
