Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content that enhances the company's brand identity and effectively promotes our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, project profiles, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, and other promotional collateral.
• Develop engaging creatives for social media, digital advertising campaigns, websites, email marketing, and WhatsApp promotions.
• Create branding and visual identities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Design corporate presentations, sales kits, project launch materials, and other business communication assets.
• Edit and enhance property images and create visually impactful layouts for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure all creative assets maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and creative technologies to deliver innovative concepts.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
• Experience with Canva and other creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
