Role SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, preferably in FMCG, supermarkets, food retail, or organic retail formats.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays.

• Monitor store performance and implement action plans to improve revenue.

• Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
