We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain front desk operations and guest records
Ensure a positive guest experience at all touchpoints
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations / front office / hospitality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
