Head - Finance & Accounts

At rightkind.in (a brand of Altways), we are into manufacturing of high quality dairy alternatives. We are looking for someone to lead our accounts, finance and support administrative activities based out of our office. This role will involve managing accounts, finance, investor meetings, strategy, MIS preparation and have strong control over inventory, audits, compliance and cash flows. There is no one reporting to this role (we do work with an external CA for monthly filings), and this role reports directly to the founder (Raghav Joshi, ex co-founder at Rebel Foods).

We are a small team of 12-15 people, doing our own production of tofu and protein powders, with a clear purpose of providing high-protein dairy alternatives which are sustainable and healthier. We are only a few months old, but we are looking to grow very fast and raise institutional funding soon. We are looking for candidates who are looking for growth and learning, who love working in startups, who are willing to work hard and handle multiple responsibilities (because that amplifies learning and growth).
