Job SummaryRapha Home Care Health Service is hiring Home Care Nurse to provide 24-hour live-in care for elderly individuals at their residence. The role involves assisting senior citizens with daily activities, personal care, medication support, and monitoring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour care and support to elderly patients at their residence.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
- Administer oral medications as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist patients with mobility and walking support.
- Help with feeding and maintaining proper nutrition.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and personal hygiene.
- Report any changes in the patient's health condition to the family or supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the patient.
