Job Description
A Home Loan Sales Executive identifies potential clients, generates leads, and guides borrowers through the mortgage application process, from document submission to disbursement. They ensure compliance with lending regulations, meet sales targets, and build relationships with real estate developers. Key skills include sales, customer service, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, reach out, and meet sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
- Customer Counseling: Educate clients on home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to help them select suitable options.
- Document Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary documentation (KYC, income documents) to ensure accurate and timely loan processing. Government of Tamil Nadu
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, credit teams, and builders to facilitate fast approval and disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and brokers for referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in mortgage sales, banking, or financial services is usually required (often 6 months to 2 years).
