Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in home loan sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the home loan industry, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to build relationships with banks, builders, and channel partners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert home loan leads.
- Guide customers through the complete home loan process.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Ensure timely login, follow-up, sanction, and disbursement of loans.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan sales, DSA, Banking, or NBFC.
- Good understanding of home loan products and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
