Hospitality Marketing And Sales

We are looking for a Hospitality Marketing & Growth Executive who can take complete ownership of our hospitality brands and help increase bookings, occupancy and brand visibility.

This is not just a social media role. We are looking for someone who thinks creatively, understands marketing and enjoys growing a business.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Shoot photos and videos at our properties
• Create engaging Reels and short-form videos
• Design creatives using Canva or Adobe tools,Videos(CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Write captions, blogs and marketing content
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements
• Improve Google Business Profile and online presence
• Manage OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Coordinate with photographers, influencers and creators
• Generate corporate, event and leisure booking enquiries
• Build partnerships with travel agents, wedding planners and event companies
• Analyse competitors and suggest marketing strategies
• Prepare monthly reports on enquiries, bookings and campaign performance

Skills Required

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Hospitality Marketing or Brand Marketing
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong photography and videography sense
• Experience with Canva and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Business Profile
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to travel occasionally to our hospitality properties
• Hospitality or hotel marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory
