Hotel Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve business goals while ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and manage hotel staff, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are maintained.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain hotel records.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS) is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
