SPA Supervisor Meghavi Wellness Spa: We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly motivated Spa Manager to oversee our new luxury spa outlets at Bengaluru . As a Spa Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy an unparalleled experience. You will be responsible for managing dailyoperations, maintaining the highest standards of service, and leading a team that embodies the Meghavi Wellness Spa brand’s dedication to excellence.

Ensure all guests receive a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from arrival to departure.

o         Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.

o         Maintain guest satisfaction levels by ensuring that services are consistent, high-quality, and personalized.

o         Promote spa packages, treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance revenue.

o         Supervise the daily operation of the spa, ensuring that schedules, treatments, and services run smoothly.

o         Maintain accurate records of all appointments, staff schedules, and inventory.

o         Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

o         Ensure spa equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked, placing orders as necessary

o         Ensure the proper use of products, ensuring the spa’s procedures are in line with best practices for safety and wellness

o         Monitor and control operational costs, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.

o         Collaborate with the management team to develop new services, packages, and promotions that will drive revenue.

o         Work closely with the hotel’s front desk and guest services to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.

o         Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that spa facilities are well-kept at all times.

o         Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services through different channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate or Intermediate with Min 1 year of Experience in SPA OPERATIONS
