We are a consumer AI startup in stealth mode, reimagining the household management of urban households from the ground up. By coupling an AI-driven work system with a house manager and dedicated specialists, we absorb the chaos of home management so that our customers can focus on enjoying their home rather than managing it. Our founding team consists of seasoned repeat founders who have run multiple VC-funded startups earlier.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a House Manager (Minimum 1 year working experience) to oversee daily operations across a select portfolio of premium residences in Koramangala, Bengaluru. Acting as the trusted bridge between homeowners, our AI-enabled technology, and dedicated specialists, your focus will be on delivering seamless, personalized hospitality that completely shields customers from the day-to-day effort of running a home.



Key Responsibilities

Staff Management, Procurement & Operations

•   Supervise the Cleaning and Cooking specialist’s daily task review, priority setting, and quality checks

•   Maintain staff schedules, hire staff, manage leaves, and deliver on-the-job training on service and hygiene standards

•   Handle end-to-end procurement of groceries, perishables, and household supplies; build local vendor relationships and negotiate pricing

•   Maintain detailed expense logs with bills/receipts; run routine quality audits on rooms, kitchen, linen, and tableware

•   Develop daily/weekly operational plans; coordinate with external service providers and handle emergencies or special occasions


Communication & Client Interface

•   Act as the sole communication bridge between the homeowner and all household staff

•   Deliver weekly/monthly briefings on household status, upcoming requirements, and issues

•   Conduct client onboarding interviews for new households, assess needs, present the Household Working Plan, and set up the full operational workflow

•   Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all household matters



Qualifications

•   Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or equivalent

•   1+ years in a reputed hotel chain (3–5 star), resort, retail services or premium private household

•   Preferred backgrounds: Guest Relations, F&B Management, General Administration, or Front Office



Skills & Competencies

•   Communication: Exceptionally skilled. Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada proficiency is optional

•   Technology: Comfortable using AI-enabled apps for task management, digital checklists, and real-time reporting

•   Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for expense tracking, scheduling, and inventory; confident with WhatsApp or app-based coordination and digital procurement tools

•   Core: Anticipatory service, emotional intelligence, vendor negotiation, and analytical cost management
