Job Description

  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff on daily cleaning activities
  • Prepare duty rosters and assign work areas
  • Ensure all patient rooms, OPD areas, OT, and common areas are clean and sanitized
  • Monitor the use of cleaning materials and maintain stock levels
  • Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness records
  • Handle complaints related to housekeeping services
  • Coordinate with other departments for cleaning requirements
  • Ensure staff follow dress code, PPE usage, and discipline
