Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work Days: 6 days/week (Work From Office)
Shift: 10–11 hours/day
Key Responsibilities
* Manage housekeeping staff, attendance, and daily operations
* Conduct daily building inspections and share updates
* Plan cleaning schedules and implement building-wise job cards
* Manage housekeeping inventory and place material orders
* Conduct regular staff training and monitor performance
* Resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly
* Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
* Raise tickets for any shortcomings in building maintenance
