Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Facility Assistant to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of our office, gym, and yoga facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining high standards of hygiene and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Office Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception areas, pantry, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and surfaces.
• Ensure washrooms are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage according to company procedures.

Gym & Yoga Area Maintenance

• Clean and disinfect gym equipment, machines, and accessories regularly.
• Sanitize yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other yoga equipment after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of gym floors, mirrors, lockers, and changing areas.
• Ensure all fitness and yoga areas are organized and presentable at all times.

Facility Support

• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, tissues, sanitizers, and pantry consumables.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces when required.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Support general facility management activities as assigned.
