Job Description
HRMS Application Support
- Collaborate with client HR/Finance teams on HRMS application support and enhancement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot functional and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal tech teams for bug fixes and feature upgrades.
- Conduct regular system health checks and ensure smooth operations.
Payroll Managements
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using StaffingGo payroll software.
- Validate payroll inputs, deductions, statutory compliances, and reports.
- Ensure timely payroll closure and client sign-off.
- Handle payroll-related queries and reconciliations.
Client & Customer Support
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
- Maintain defined TATs and SLA commitments.
- Track, document, and resolve client tickets effectively.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Implementation & Training
- Support HRMS implementation for new clients.
- Conduct user training sessions (online/offline).
- Assist in data migration, configuration, and go-live activities.
- Prepare user manuals and SOP documentation.
