Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidates with prior experience in the retail sector will be given preference.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll coordination and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the retail sector will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and labor laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is an added advantage.
