Job SummaryAn HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to employee engagement and organizational growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & StaffingSource, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Manage job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Employee Onboarding & OffboardingFacilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Ensure smooth employee separation procedures.
