Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist – HR Operations to support our client, slice, in managing and optimizing HR processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of HR operations, uphold data accuracy, and provide excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data across HR systems, always ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding processes.
Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments.
Administer employee benefits programs, handle employee queries, and compliance requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline HR operations.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Ensure timely submission of statutory, compliance, and internal HR reports as required.
Verify and process payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, and leave records to ensure accurate salary calculations.
Coordinate with payroll team for timely salary disbursement.
Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of HR operations or generalist experience.
Prior exposure to HR processes will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Empathetic and approachable demeanour
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
