HR Recruiter – Intern (0–1 Year)Job Type: Internship / Full-Time

- Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support HR team in onboarding and documentation
- Learn end-to-end recruitment processes
- Required SkillsBasic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Job Portals)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
