Job Title: HR Intern (Internship)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Interns for Internship who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, employee coordination, and HR operations. Candidates will receive practical exposure to the recruitment process and corporate HR practices. Certificates can be provided from Top Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

·        Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

·        Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

·        Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

·        Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

·        Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

·        Assist in onboarding and documentation.

·        Coordinate with internal HR and business teams.

·        Prepare recruitment reports and MIS.

·        Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility:

·        PUC / Any Graduate / MBA (HR) / Final Year Students.

·        Good communication skills in English and the local language.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·        Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

·        Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
