Job Description
HR Intern – Recruitment
Company: Vibrant Tech Solution (VTS)
Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain job opportunities.
Schedule interviews between candidates and HR/clients.
Maintain daily records of candidate applications, interview status, and follow-ups in Excel or ATS.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills, experience, and eligibility.
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Confidence in handling phone calls.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
