Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements.
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
2. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand people challenges and opportunities.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Support business growth through effective people strategies.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee experience.
- Drive employee engagement programs, surveys, and action plans.
- Promote company values, culture, and diversity initiatives.
4. Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Drive a performance-driven culture through continuous feedback mechanisms.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and incentive programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Support annual compensation planning and budgeting.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee payroll coordination and HRIS administration.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics and dashboards.
- Provide insights on attrition, retention, productivity, recruitment, and engagement.
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools.
