Job Description
An HR Recruiter manages end-to-end client hiring using disciplined, target-driven recruitment strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Find candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and the internal database.
- Headhunting: Target high-caliber, niche professionals for executive roles.
- Candidate Screening: Screen resumes for skills, communication, and client fit.
- Interview Logistics: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Coordination: Partner with corporate clients to understand job needs.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage salary discussions and minimize notice period drop-outs.
- Data Management: Track candidate pipelines daily within the internal ATS.
