About BakeyyBakeyy is a fast-growing e-commerce and wholesale platform offering baking supplies, ingredients, bakery packaging and gifting products across India. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can help us build a strong team as the company continues to grow.

Role OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, from sourcing suitable candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful onboarding. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised and confident in communicating with candidates across different roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from department heads and management.
• Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Source suitable candidates using job portals, databases, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the relevant department heads.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer discussions.
• Assist with offer letters, documentation and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and candidate databases.
• Work towards closing open positions within the required timelines.
• Support hiring for roles across operations, sales, customer support, marketing, warehouse, design and other departments.
• Required SkillsStrong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organised, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also apply.
• Experience hiring for e-commerce, retail, warehouse, sales or customer service roles will be an advantage.
