HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR RECRUITER to join our team in the Food and Beverages industry. This role will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment and be comfortable engaging with employees at all levels.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate recruitment processes for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, interviews, and offer management.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
• Promote a positive work environment by supporting engagement programs and employee recognition initiatives.
• Training & Development

• Assist in delivering training programs related to food safety culture, workplace conduct, and compliance.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
