Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for store operations and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to recruit at scale in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Store Associates, Supervisors, Store Managers) and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
- 2. Bulk Hiring & Store HiringPlan and execute mass hiring drives for new store launches and ongoing store requirements.
- Manage walk-in interviews and hiring events.
- Build a strong pipeline of frontline retail talent.
- 3. Stakeholder ManagementPartner with store managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring status and challenges.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 4. Employer BrandingPromote Organic World as an employer of choice through social media and candidate engagement.
- Manage job postings and ensure consistent company branding across platforms.
- 5. Recruitment OperationsMaintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in retail, FMCG, or QSR).
- Experience in bulk hiring and store recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
- Preferred AttributesPassion for retail and organic/natural product industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
