👩‍💼 About the RoleBhash Software Labs is looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in hiring for Sales and Tech roles.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets within timelines.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Strong experience in Sales hiring and Tech/IT hiring.

• Experience hiring for SaaS, IT, CPaaS, or startup companies is preferred.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with hiring targets and tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in recruitment portals and HRMS tools.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
