Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead qualification and opportunity generation
  • Understand customer requirements, application needs, and equipment usage
  • Coordinate with field sales teams for follow-ups and closures
  • Update and track leads/opportunities in CRM systems
  • Explain product value, lifecycle benefits, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to customers
  • Address customer queries related to specifications, pricing, and competition
  • Maintain structured communication and timely follow-ups with prospects
