Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls on leads generated by the company.
- Understand customer property requirements and qualify leads.
- Explain NoBroker's products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule property consultations or site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and lead conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred. Additional regional languages are an added advantage.
