● Avoid jargon; explain concepts simply.

● Be truthful about limitations or information gaps.

● Maintain composure under tough objections or multiple comparisons.

● Close professionally by summarizing key points and next steps.

● Demonstrate strong learning acumen to acquire understanding of Health and/or Motor

insurance products, features, and suitability.

● Quick to adapt new product information as shared during training and shared during

conversation.

● Use analogies, simple logic, and relatable explanations before diving into features.

● Prepare multiple objection-handling strategies; offer “four ways to explain” any concept.

● Deep understanding of Health and/or Motor insurance products, features, and suitability.

● Provide accurate quotes, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and other key details.
