Job Description
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective buyers using provided databases, cold leads, or marketing campaign responses.
Project Pitching: Explain real estate project details—including location, amenities, pricing, floor plans, and payment options.
Site Visit Coordination: Qualify leads and schedule appointments/site visits for on-ground sales executives or property managers.
Data Management: Log, update, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
Follow-Ups: Nurture long-term leads by making regular follow-up calls to gauge interest and address any objections.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, leads generated, and scheduled appointments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
