Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

Understand customer requirements and explain NewJaisa's refurbished laptop and desktop solutions.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales targets. �
