Job Description
- Key Responsibilities📞 Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.
- 🤝 Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- 💼 Sales Conversion: Present product/service offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- 📊 Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- 📈 Market Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers to support product development and marketing strategies.
- 🗂️ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Performance Metrics: Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
