Job Description
At Magnific, we help customers elevate their spaces with thoughtfully designed fans and lighting. We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant who can guide customers in making the right choices for their interiors.
Role Overview: You will be the face of our showroom - assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select products that perfectly match their space and style.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements, space, and interior preferences
- Recommend suitable designer fans and lighting solutions
- Explain product features, aesthetics, and benefits clearly
- Prepare quotations and assist in purchase decisions
- Follow up with customers via calls/messages to close sales
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in interiors, design, or home décor
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest solutions
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
