Job Description

  1. Manage and convert inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, WhatsApp, and app enquiries.
  2. Understand customer requirements, profile the investor, and pitch the right service offering (Trade Calls/ Model Portfolios).
  3. Deliver crisp, compliant product explanations without providing investment advice or assured-return commitments.
  4. Conduct follow-ups, maintain a high conversion ratio, and drive daily/weekly target achievement.
  5. Maintain accurate lead entries, follow-up logs, and closure details in CRM with strong data hygiene.
  6. Educate customers on service features, pricing plans, app usage, and onboarding flows.
  7. Uphold SEBI Research Analyst regulations during every communication—including disclaimers, tele-sales scripts, and platform guidelines.
