Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Identify decision-makers such as HR Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads, and Facility Managers.
  • Pitch company services including corporate canteen management, housekeeping, facility services, event staffing, and manpower solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team or founders.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, interactions, and sales progress.
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for proposal inputs and feasibility.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and conversions.


Key Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in services or manpower industry).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
  • Experience in cold calling and handling corporate clients.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate buying behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
