Job Description
Job Specifications:
*'Concept Selling' to property owners over the call
*Identifying and acquiring the right property to maximize company sales.
*Meeting prospective property owner personally to explain the concept and visiting their property
*Continuous development and improvement in the business proposition made to the property owners.
*Negotiating multiple terms to close the best possible deals.
*Ensuring continuous interaction with property owners and the maintenance team for improved service levels.
*Contribute as an individual and also be responsible for building his team and scaling.
Must have"s:
*Bike for travel
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Self-driven with proven leadership qualities and ability
*People person who would love to meet and greet people
*Should know how to maintain a relationship
*Good PowerPoint presentation Skills
*Good selling skill
*Good analytical skills
*Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore
