Inside Sales Manager

Bathsy is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join the inside sales team. The role focuses on engaging with inbound and outbound leads, scheduling site visits, and driving conversions for Bathsy’s premium shower enclosures.

Responsibilities

● Engage with leads generated through Zoho CRM, website, and marketing campaigns and ensure timely follow‑ups.

● Make outbound calls and WhatsApp/email follow‑ups to qualify prospects, understand requirements, and share product information and quotations.

● Schedule appointments for on‑site meetings to showcase shower enclosures and coordinate with the fi eld/sales team for smooth visits.

● Conduct persuasive virtual product demos (calls, videos, catalog walk‑throughs), highlighting features, customization options, and value propositions.

● Track all interactions, next actions, and deal stages accurately in Zoho CRM; maintain a healthy sales pipeline and daily activity metrics.

● Achieve monthly targets for qualifi ed meetings, proposals sent, and conversions; proactively follow up on open quotations to close sales.

● Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for accessories, premium hardware, and AMC/after‑sales services.

● Share structured feedback with the marketing and operations teams on lead quality, customer objections, and market trends to improve campaigns and offerings.
