Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Inside Store Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and drive sales within the store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements. 

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs. 

• Handle billing support and payment coordination (if required). 

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are displayed attractively. 

• Manage inventory on shelves and report stock shortages. 

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. 

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduate in any discipline. 

• 0–3 years of experience in retail or inside sales (freshers can also apply). 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Basic computer knowledge and POS billing experience is an advantage. 

• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality. 

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
